We’ve made some important changes to your member experience based on feedback. There is an all-new experience for online payments, paperless notices, and Health Connector Customer Service now available when you call us at 1-877-623-6765 (TTY 1-877-623-7773 for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech disabled).

New online payment experience

Our payment site has a new, simpler look to easily find your bills and Health Connector notices.

More choices with AutoPay

You can now choose the 15th or the 23rd of each month for your payment withdrawal. You can also choose a set payment amount for AutoPay. Already use AutoPay?

Ask for help online without having to call

Through your online account, you can ask Customer Service for help with certain billing questions.

Read your notices, bills, and your online account in Spanish if you prefer. You can change your language preference in your online account at any time.

Walk-in Centers

For health and safety reasons, our walk-in centers will continue to stay closed. We will let you know when they are ready to re-open safely.
