Purpose
The Health Connector is hosting a live webinar, Health Connector Preliminary Eligibility: What does it mean and what do you need to do?, on Wednesday, September 3, at 12:00 p.m. This toolkit is designed to help get the word out through social media to promote this live webinar to help Health Connector members understand what their plan year 2025 preliminary eligibility notice means and learn the next steps they should take ahead of the Open Enrollment period.
This session will cover the following:
- Reviewing your eligibility notice
- Deadlines for updating or confirming your information
- How to access your online account and application
- More information about renewing or changing plans for next year
- How to get free help with this process through customer service or local Assisters
