Massachusetts Health Connector Walk-in Centers to Close in 2025

The Massachusetts Health Connector will be closing its customer service walk-in centers during the first half of 2025. These closures come as part of an effort to streamline services and expand access to convenient alternative options. Below are the scheduled closure dates for each location:

  • Worcester Walk-in Center: Closing on May 23, 2025
  • Boston Walk-in Center: Closing on June 27, 2025
  • Springfield Walk-in Center: Closed on March 28, 2025

Although these changes mean in-person assistance will no longer be available at these centers, the Health Connector is dedicated to ensuring members continue to have access to the support they need.

Members can make payments online by logging into their accounts or through the guest payment portal. AutoPay options are available, too. Payments can also be made by phone using the automated payment system, or by mailing a check or money order to the address provided on billing statements.

You can send required verification documents (proof) by uploading them through your online Health Connector account. Members who prefer to send documents by mail can use the address listed in the communication letters from the Health Connector. Proof can also be faxed to 857-323-8300.
