This summer the Health Connector is officially launching its formal Fellowship and Internship program. This program will offer practical professional learning opportunities to graduate and undergraduate students whose field of study relates to the mission of the Health Connector.
The Senior Information Technology Security Manager is responsible for managing MARS-E compliance and day-to-day security operations for the Health Connector, leading Health Connector’s IT security function, and protecting data and infrastructure from new and evolving cybersecurity threats. Additionally, the Senior Information Technology Security Manager will act as a liaison between IT and other functions within the organization as needed.
The Health and Dental Plan Carrier Coordinator serves as the main day-to-day operational liaison between health and dental carrier partners and the Health Connector. The coordinator maintains and enhances the Health Connector’s interactions with carrier and vendor partners as related to operational and policy processes. The position reports to the Manager of Carrier Relations.
The Massachusetts Health Connector seeks a Member Experience Coordinator. The Member Experience Coordinator will primarily support the Member Experience team but will also work collaboratively and cross-functionally with agency partners and vendors to drive business objectives, improve the member experience, and fulfill responsibilities.
