During the Federal Data Services Hub (FDSH) maintenance, you can still

  • Create an account and complete an application up to the e-signature page where you will need to come back after the maintenance to sign and submit your application.
  • Make updates to your application up to the e-signature page where you will need to come back after the maintenance to sign and submit your application changes.
  • If you already have an eligibility determination, you can shop for plans, complete checkout, and make a payment.
  • You can make a payment on your current plan if you are already enrolled.

Again, for individuals who need to complete an application or make changes  during the FDSH downtime, you may need to log back into the Health Connector system after the maintenance period is finished to submit your application.

Please plan accordingly to avoid decision and enrollment delays.
