Health Connector Member Renewal Information
Open Enrollment is now through January 23, 2026.
Now is the time when you can choose to renew or change health insurance plans for 2026. In general, if you keep paying your monthly premiums, you can renew for 2026 into:
- Your current plan, if it is available in 2026, or
- A similar plan from the same insurance carrier, if your current plan is not available for 2026.
If you want to enroll in a different plan, you can shop and change plans during Open Enrollment.
Shop during Open Enrollment to save money. Many of our health plans have similar benefits, which makes them easier to compare. If you shop during Open Enrollment, you may be able to find a plan that costs you less but still covers the benefits you need and the doctors you want in 2026.

Health Connector Member Renewals
Open Enrollment is November 1, 2022 through January 23, 2023. Now is the time when you can choose to renew or change health insurance plans for 2023. In general, if you keep paying your monthly premiums, you can renew for 2023 into:
- Your current plan, if it is available in 2023, or
- A similar plan from the same insurance carrier, if your current plan is not available for 2023.
If you want to enroll in a different plan, you can shop and change plans during Open Enrollment.

Important Dates and Deadlines
The 2026 Open Enrollment period started November 1, 2025, and ends on January 23, 2026.
If you need coverage before January 1, 2026, you can enroll any time of the year if you are eligible for certain programs or experience a qualifying life event. Learn more now →
- November 1, 2025: Open Enrollment begins
- November 23, 2025: Last day for people who have a special enrollment period to shop and enroll in health insurance, dental insurance, or both, that starts December 1, 2025
- December 23, 2025: Last day to shop and enroll in health insurance, dental insurance, or both, that starts January 1, 2026
- January 1, 2026: The 2026 plan year begins
- January 23, 2026: Open Enrollment ends. Last day to enroll in a Health Connector or ConnectorCare health insurance plan—or switch plans—that starts February 1 or March 1, 2026 (you will be able to choose your preferred start date in your application).
Check your 2026 eligibility online
If you are saving on the cost of your 2025 health coverage because you have a ConnectorCare plan or a monthly Advance Premium Tax Credit and see that you no longer qualify for those savings in 2026, you may need to take action to update OR confirm your 2026 income information online.
By confirming or updating their 2026 income, most members may still qualify for savings through the Health Connector.
Follow these steps to check your 2026 eligibility:
- Sign into your account
- Click on Applications
- On the Eligibility Application page, you will see Year 2026 section
- In the Year 2026 section, click the View Application button to see your 2026 Eligibility Results
- If your 2026 eligibility seems incorrect, you may need to update or confirm your 2026 income or other household information. This is easy to do by following the the steps in the Report Changes section of this page.
Important: Even if your income will not change from 2025 to 2026, you still need to go through the income change process to confirm your income and resubmit your application. Once you do so, your eligibility should update.
If updating or confirming your income for 2026 does not update your eligibility, there could be another cause. Find out more about these reasons here.

Report Changes
You can update your application information online at anytime by signing into your account. Here’s a list of the application information you can update:
Updates you can’t make online
Some updates you can’t make yourself online and you will need to call customer service to make. These are:
How to update your information, step-by-step:
Step 1: Sign into your account and go to your Applications page. You will see “Year 2026” and “Year 2025” applications listed.

Step 2: On the Applications page, click “Edit Application” button.
Step 4: On the next page, you will be able to choose the change (or changes) you need to report. Then, click the “Report Changes” button to make your updates.

If you report a change that applies to both your 2025 and 2026 applications
Under your Year 2025 application, you will see instructions that states:
If you made changes to Year 2025 application and want to apply the same changes to 2026 application, click here
Click that link to update your information in both applications. For example, if you are reporting a move to a new address that you will be living at into until at least January 2025, you will be able to choose to have this information automatically updated for next year as well.
I see both a Year 2026 and a Year 2025 application. Which application should I make changes to?
- If you have any changes that happened in 2025, make those to your Year 2025 application.
For example, You moved on November 5, 2025, and now have a new home address. You should make this change to your Year 2025 application. - If you have changes that happened in 2025 and will continue in 2026, make those changes on your 2025 application and then choose YES when you are asked if you want to apply those 2025 changes to your 2026 application.
For example, If you expect to still live at the new address you moved to on November 5, 2025, into 2026, click “Yes” to update this information in both Year 2025 and Year 2026 applications. - If you have changes that will happen in 2026, make those to your Year 2026 application only.
For example, If you are planning to move to a new address on January 2, 2026, you should make this change to your Year 2026 application only.
Shopping for a 2026 plan
If you are currently enrolled in Health Connector coverage for 2026, follow these simple steps to shop for a 2026 plan.
Step 1: Sign into your account
Step 2: Go to the Plans section of your account
Step 3: On the Health Connector Health & Dental Plans page, go to the Upcoming 2026 Enrollment tab.
Note that you may see a few different tabs that include your Current 2025 Enrollment. If you experienced a qualifying life event and changed your current 2025 plan enrollment to start December 1st, you might also see an Upcoming 2025 Enrollment tab for that plan.)
Step 4: From there, you will be able to browse 2026 plans by clicking the Change Plans button and confirm you want to change plans.
Step 5: Click the “Continue” button on the next page and begin browsing plans.
