 Check your 2024 eligibility online

If you are saving on the cost of your 2023 health coverage because you have a ConnectorCare plan or a monthly Advance Premium Tax Credit and see that you no longer qualify for those savings in 2024, you may need to take action to update OR confirm your 2024 income information online.

By confirming or updating their 2024 income, most members may still qualify for savings through the Health Connector.

Follow these steps to check your 2024 eligibility:

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click on My Eligibility
  3. On the My Eligibility page, open Year 2024
  4. Under the Actions column, click on the Detail link to see your 2024 Eligibility Results
  5. If your 2024 eligibility seems incorrect, you may need to update or confirm your 2024 income information. This is easy to do by following the the steps in the Report Changes section of this page.

Important: Even if your income will not change from 2023 to 2024, you still need to go through the income change process to confirm your income and resubmit your application. Once you do so, your eligibility should update.

If updating or confirming your income for 2024 does not update your eligibility, there could be another cause. Find out more about these reasons here.

If you are still not sure, please call Health Connector customer service for assistance at 1-877-623-6765 (TTY 1-877-623-7773) or contact a Navigator in your area.

Some updates you can’t make yourself online and you will need to call customer service to make. These are:

If you need to update an SSN, you will not be able to do so online, You will need to call customer service to request this change.

If you need to update an incorrect date of birth, a customer service representative will need to take this request as updating a date of birth can affect things like your eligibility, your monthly premium amount, and more.

How to update your information, step-by-step:

Step 1: Sign into your account and go to your “My Eligibility” page. You will see “Year 2024” and “Year 2023” applications listed.

Note: If you report a change to your 2023 application, you will be asked if the change will continue into 2024.

For example, if you are reporting a move to a new address that you will be living at into until at least January 2024, you will be able to choose to have this information automatically updated for next year as well.

I see both a Year 2024 and a Year 2023 application. Which application should I make changes to?

  • If you have any changes that happened in 2023, make those to your Year 2023 application.
    For example:
You moved on November 5, 2023 and now have a new home address. You should make this change to your Year 2023 application.
  • If you have changes that happened in 2023 and will continue in 2024, make those changes on your 2023 application and then choose YES when you are asked if you want to apply those 2023 changes to your 2024 application.
For example: If you expect to still live at your new address you moved to on November 5, 2023 into 2024, click “Yes” to update this information in both Year 2023 and Year 2024 applications.
  • If you have changes that will happen in 2024, make those to your Year 2024 application, only.
    For example:
If you are planning to move to a new address on January 2, 2024, you should make this change to your Year 2024 application, only.

Step 1: Sign into your account

Don’t see a “Find a Plan for 2024” button?

  • First, check your eligibility. Only households eligible for Health Connector and ConnectorCare plans can shop online through your account.
  • Next, see if you already have a plan in your shopping cart. If you have a plan already waiting in your cart, go to your cart to view it. If you want to shop for a different plan, you can do so from your shopping cart.
  • Also, check your enrollments. If you already have a future enrollment pending through auto-enrollment or because you already checked out a plan, you can check by clicking on “My Enrollments” in your account’s left-hand navigation. Then, under your 2024 Future Enrollments, you will see a button to Change Enrollment. Click this button to start shopping for a different plan for 2023.
