There are 3 ways to make payments to the Health Connector:

  1. Online by signing into your account and clicking “Make Payment” or by making a guest payment with your checking or savings account.
  2. By phone at 1-877-623-6765, or TTY: 711 for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech disabled.
  3. By mail with a check or money order.

We do not accept cash, PayPal, credit or debit cards, mobile pay, or other forms of electronic payments at this time.

It’s important to note that

  • Premium payments for individual and family health and dental plans are due the 23rd of the month before coverage effective (start) date. See the table below.
  • If you purchased both a health and a dental plan, each plan’s premium must be paid separately.

If you are applying and enrolling in a Health Connector or ConnectorCare plan for the first time, your enrollment isn't finished until you checkout your plan and make your first premium payment for your coverage by the due date. If you miss this deadline, the earliest date your coverage could start is the first day of the following month.
