- Low monthly payments (premiums)
- Low co-pays for doctor visits and medicines
- No deductibles, meaning your coverage starts paying right away
Plus, members may be able to fill certain prescription medicines at no cost for chronic health conditions like asthma, coronary artery disease (a type of heart disease), diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), and opioid addiction.

For the 2026 plan year, people with household incomes that are between 100% and 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) may qualify for ConnectorCare. If your income is higher than the income limit for the plan year, you won’t qualify for a ConnectorCare plan.

Health Connector Plans
If you do not qualify for ConnectorCare, you can still find great coverage through standard Health Connector Plans. These plans come from top insurance companies in the state.
You can choose from a wide variety of health insurance options based on your budget and medical needs. The plans are grouped into different levels—usually Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
- Bronze and Silver plans usually have lower monthly payments but cost more when you visit the doctor.
- Gold and Platinum plans cost more each month, but they cover more of your bills when you get sick or need care.
Catastrophic plans are also available for some individuals, such as those under 30 or people with a financial hardship exemption. These plans have low monthly payments but high deductibles, and are designed to protect you from very high costs in case of a serious illness or accident. Catastrophic plans may be a good choice if you want to keep your monthly costs low and do not expect to need a lot of medical care.
When you shop for plans, you compare your choices side-by-side so you can pick the best plan for you and your family.
Dental Plans
