If you have a unique situation or question that you would like to discuss further or simply need more help, the Health Connector Customer Service team is available. In addition, virtual support and limited in-person support is available from Certified Assisters and Navigators in your community for free. Navigators are Health Connector Grantee organizations and have been trained to help with health insurance applications and Health Connector enrollment. , It’s important to call ahead and schedule an appointment if you’d like their assistance.
