ConnectorCare Enrollee Contribution Dashboard

This dashboard shows the maximum premium contribution amount for each member enrolled in a ConnectorCare plan, based on plan type determined by household income and family size. To see what subsidies someone may be eligible for, please use the Get an Estimate tool.  When someone completes an application, they will see the specific plans available to them, the subsidies they’re eligible to receive, and their contribution amount.

If you wish to download any of the data on the dashboard, select the Download icon from the top or bottom right of the dashboard.

  • Download an image of the dashboard that reflects the current view and filters: Select “PDF” and then choose “This View”.
  • Download the rate table: Select “Crosstab” and “Formatting: Details_w” to download the rates for the region as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
  • Download the zip code list: click in the white space below the zip code list, select “Data”, and then click “Download” in the pop-up window.
