The amount of time it takes to complete your application depends on many things, such as whether or not you are applying for help paying for coverage, your family size, your income sources, and other information.
You do not have to complete your application all at once. The application is separated into different sections. Each section has an introduction page that explains:
- What the section is about,
- What you will need to complete the section, and
- An estimated time to complete that section.
If you do not think you will have the time to complete the application in one sitting, you can always save your application at the end of a section and come back later to complete it. Please review the Important Dates and Deadlines page so you know when you need to act.
