Open Enrollment is happening now through January 23, 2027!

If you need health insurance that starts sooner than Jan. 1, 2027, you can enroll in coverage any time of the year if you

  • Qualify for a Special Enrollment Period, or
  • are applying for a dental plan, or
  • qualify for help paying for health coverage including ConnectorCare, MassHealth, Children’s Medical Security Plan (CMSP), or Health Safety Net.

Remember: If you qualify for coverage through MassHealth, you can apply and enroll at any time during the year and coverage may start right away.

If you are applying and enrolling in a health or dental plan for the first time, your enrollment isn't finished until you checkout your plan and make your first premium payment for your coverage by the due date. If you miss this deadline, the earliest date your coverage could start is the first day of the following month.
