If you received an Advance Premium Tax Credit in 2023 (this includes members who were enrolled in a ConnectorCare plan) you must file a federal income tax return for 2023. You’ll need to file a tax return even if you have very low income and haven’t had to file in the past.

Did you file without a complete Form 6982 or rejected for missing the Form?
